Sahaja Yoga

Sitting on the ground, hold the left hand out palm up and the right hand down on the ground. Request the Mother Earth to please cleanse you.

Footsoaking may be practiced in the ocean. Stand in the ocean, go into meditation, and request the sea to cleanse you.

SahajYog

  1. Sit for meditation with the left hand palm facing upwards and extended towards the photo of Shri Mataji. Rotate the candle flame in a clockwise direction (in small circles) on the chakras. Use the fire element on the left side chakras.
  2. Look through the candle flame at Shri Mataji’s photo, first with the left eye, then with the right eye, and lastly with both eyes.

Sahaj Yog

  1. Inhale slowly and hold your breath for a few seconds. Exhale and breathe normally. Inhale slowly again and hold your breath with attention on the center heart. Exhale and breathe normally.
  2. Tilt your head back. Look at the sky and let your gaze travels onwards without focusing. Close your eyes and raise your attention to the sky - feel the majesty of it. Place your attention on your breath and feel the affinity with the sky.
